As a Client Services Professional, your mission is to serve as the primary point of contact for a sophisticated investor base, fostering long-term trust through exceptional service delivery.
Core Mission: Provide high-level support and education on a comprehensive suite of brokerage products and digital investment tools.
Problem Resolution: Resolve complex issues with a "one-interaction resolution" mindset, supported by a team that prioritizes collective success over individual competition.
Digital Advocacy: Drive the adoption of proprietary platforms by demonstrating technical features and navigating website support for regional clients.

skills & experiences required.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2–5+ years of client servicing experience within a financial institution. We are highly open to candidates from both Sell-Side (Brokerage/Banking) and Buy-Side (Asset Management/Wealth Management) backgrounds.
Licensing: Must hold HKSFC Type 1 & 4 licenses. Possession of (or the ability to obtain within 180 days) FINRA Series 7 is required.
Languages: Full professional fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (both written and verbal) is essential for this regional role.
