Role Overview:
This role is responsible for supporting the Sales Director for preparing presentations materials and gathering documentation from clients etc. This is a top tier financial services company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing high-quality presentation materials for client meetings
- Oversee the coordination and scheduling of medical examinations for clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience throughout the insurance application process.
- Act as a central point of contact for gathering essential information and documentation from clients and referral partners, while also managing communications and follow-ups to ensure timely submissions.
- Support Sales Outreach Initiatives, contribute to the organization and execution of client prospecting activities, including managing lead tracking and initial client contact. Facilitate the scheduling of follow-up meetings with both prospective and existing clients and partners.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for insurance applications.
- Arrange and prepare for meetings with clients and referral partners, diligently following up on action items to ensure all stakeholders remain aligned and informed.
Key requirements:
- A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a support, coordination, or client service role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Good command of both English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
