On behalf of a leading luxury company, we are looking for an Assistant Manager to manage the full spectrum of their compensation and benefits programs. You will handle C&B cycles, analysis, and projects to attract and retain premier talent.about the job.
- Play a pivotal role in the execution of recurring remuneration processes, including the yearly salary planning cycle, market pay analysis, and the generation of pay-related reports.
- Assist in formulating long-range goals for the company's pay philosophy and employee perks, ensuring alignment with corporate and regional directives.
- Collaborate with HR Operations and Business Partners to complete annual welfare-related duties, such as the renegotiation of perks packages and the cataloging of all employee offerings.
- Contribute to the conceptualization, proposal, and rollout of new health and wellness initiatives. You will assess the effectiveness of current perks and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.
- Partner with internal colleagues on remuneration-related initiatives, including adherence to employment regulations, HR system integration, and the internal job leveling framework. This involves crafting and disseminating information on these topics.
- You will be expected to take ownership of designated remuneration projects and workflows from time to time.
skills & experiences required.
- Holds a bachelor's degree, ideally focused on Human Resources or a similar field of study.
- Brings a minimum of five years of professional HR background, with proven expertise in market pay analysis and the yearly renegotiation of employee perks. Experience in the Retail or FMCG sector is highly regarded.
- Adept at building partnerships with and influencing stakeholders. You have the confidence to provide data-backed challenges and the initiative to spearhead new reward programs, such as innovative commission or incentive schemes.
- Possesses a sharp analytical mindset and a meticulous eye for accuracy in all tasks.
- Manages sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and sound judgment.
- Candidates with a background in HR system overhaul projects or collaborations with consultancies like Mercer or Comptify will have a distinct edge.
