The Role Overview:
This role is responsible for supporting the sales consultant and handling documentation for insurance applications, working closely with private banks, family offices, law and tax advisory firms.
Key responsibilities:
- Case Administration: Manage the end-to-end processing of insurance applications, maintaining close coordination with international partners and insurance carriers.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary operational contact, guiding clients and advisers through documentation requirements and timelines.
- Sales Support: Assist Sales Partners by preparing product illustrations, comparisons, and client presentation materials.
- Compliance & Review: Perform detailed reviews of KYC/AML information, financial evidence, and application forms to ensure 100% accuracy and regulatory alignment.
- Underwriting Coordination: Organize medical exams and facilitate underwriting requirements to ensure timely case approvals.
Key requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Experience: 3–7 years in life insurance operations, underwriting support, or sales operations, preferably dealing with international or HNW business
- Familiar with life insurance products
- Good command of both English and Chinese
