We are seeking a highly organized and driven Senior Specialist to join the Regional Leadership Team of a prestigious international group in the luxury retail industry.
About the Role
This multifaceted role provides high-level support to the Regional CEO and the Regional Head of Human Resources, acting as a crucial link between various corporate functions and business units across the North East Asia region. You will be instrumental in driving strategic projects, leveraging data for business decisions, and fostering a dynamic and engaging workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities and Impact
1. Strategic Project Management & Leadership Support
...- Executive Coordination: Provide direct support to the CEO on priority projects and initiatives, ensuring seamless cross-functional and cross-business coordination.
- Content Development: Collect, create, and consolidate high-quality material for business presentations, strategic reviews, and management reports.
- Workflow Integration: Act as the central point of contact to connect, track, and drive progress across multiple, complex work streams to ensure on-time delivery of strategic goals.
2. HR Business Analytics & Data Management
- Insight Generation: Support the Regional Head of HR (NEA) by producing regular, insightful dashboards, reports, and analytical presentations focused on HR metrics and overall business performance.
- Feedback & Improvement: Implement post-event feedback mechanisms and data analysis to continuously enhance the employee experience and satisfaction.
3. Employee Experience & Engagement
- Internal Event Planning: Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of all major internal employee events, including significant quarterly internal leadership meetings ,annual dinners, town halls, and other team-building activities, ensuring alignment with corporate values.

- Education: Bachelor's degree, ideally in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Mindset: Exceptional sense of ownership, high mental agility, and proven ability to thrive in a complex, ambiguous, and fast-paced environment.
- Technical Acumen: Strong analytical skills, a clear data-driven mindset, and digital proficiency.
- Core Competencies: A highly effective communicator, strong collaborator, and skilled multitasker with demonstrated project management expertise.
- Integrity: Absolute discretion, high integrity, and sensitivity when handling confidential matters and private information.
- Language: Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) is essential.
