- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase occupancy rates or visitor attendance.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive networking and relationship management.
- Negotiate complex lease agreements or commercial partnership contracts to maximize yield.
- Lead site tours and inspections to showcase the unique value and premium facilities of the location.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide strategic insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing to design promotional campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
skills & experiences required.
- Degree in Business Management, Hospitality, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
- 5 years of experience in Business Development, ideally within Serviced Offices, Co-working, Hospitality, or Theme Parks/Attractions.
- Proven track record of achieving aggressive sales targets and managing long-term B2B relationships.
- Strong negotiation skills with a commercially-minded and solution-driven approach.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
