... - Execute targeted sales calls and strategic outreach to key travel agencies within the Hong Kong market to drive ticket volume.
- Lead joint promotional initiatives and marketing campaigns in collaboration with regional tourism boards and hospitality associations.
- Analyze and forecast business trends and KPIs, providing regular market intelligence updates to travel trade partners.
- Represent the brand at major industry trade shows, briefings, and international sales missions to expand global reach.
- Lead on-site inspections and familiarization tours for both local and overseas travel agents to showcase the attraction’s unique value propositions.
- Identify and convert new B2B revenue streams through creative packaging and promotional opportunities.
skills & experiences required.
- Degree holder, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Tourism Management.
- 5 years of sales or business development experience, ideally within the tourism, hospitality, or leisure industry.
- Proven track record in managing travel trade partnerships and B2B sales accounts.
- Strong negotiation skills with a commercially-minded and solution-driven approach.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to a fast-moving, multi-cultural environment.
