The Role
As a key driver of market expansion, you will spearhead the adoption of state-of-the-art SaaS solutions across the Hong Kong real estate landscape.
Strategic Prospecting: Identify and engage key decision-makers to consult on digital transformation and business challenges.
Full-Cycle Sales: Own the entire process from initial discovery and tailored solution presentations to commercial negotiation and closing.
Account Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor, building long-term partnerships to ensure customer success and identify upsell opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate
Experience: 3-5 years in B2B Business Development, with at least 2 years specifically selling SaaS, application software, or complex digital solutions.
Industry Knowledge: Prior exposure to PropTech or the Real Estate sector is a distinct advantage.
Language: Full professional proficiency in Cantonese and English is essential; Mandarin is highly preferred.
Mindset: A self-motivated "hunter" with a consultative selling approach and the ability to work independently.
