- Cultivate relationships with senior decision-makers (e.g., CFOs, Finance Directors, Academic Heads) in top-tier professional organizations to secure access to prospective members.
- Identify and formalize agreements with key channel partners to unlock new market segments and scalable revenue opportunities.
- Manage the full acquisition pipeline, leading targeted campaigns, presentations, and workshops to convert qualified leads into new members.
- Ensure meticulous data integrity within the CRM system and provide timely performance analysis and strategic reports.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development and Key Account Management in the Accounting, Finance, Professional Services, or Banking sectors.
- Proven track record with a verifiable track record of growing a customer base.
- Great communication in written and spoken English,Mandarin and Cantonese.
- Strong, negotiation and channel management skills
- Self-motivated and resilient
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Managers.
