Proactively identify and secure new corporate accounts to increase market share.
Analyze client needs to recommend bespoke relocation and workforce mobility solutions.
Lead the end-to-end RFP (Request for Proposal) process and coordinate complex bids.
Deliver high-impact presentations to HR Directors and Procurement leads at the executive level.
Act as an industry expert, staying updated on global mobility trends and economic factors.
skills & experiences required.
Degree holder with minimum 3+ years of experience in business development within professional services firms.
A strong history of achieving sales goals and winning new "hunter" business.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage with C-suite stakeholders.
Experience with CRM systems (such as Salesforce) and strong PowerPoint skills.
Self-motivated, customer-focused, and highly dedicated to achieving revenue targets.
