- Cultivate existing accounts to ensure maximum retention and sustainable partnership growth.
- Deliver regular sales updates and participate in quarterly performance reviews.
skills & experiences required.
- Degree holder in Business, Logistics Management, or a related discipline.
- 6 years of sales or account management experience within the logistics or transport industry.
- Solid knowledge of B2C cross-border e-commerce, and air freight forwarding.
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is essential for regional stakeholder management.
- Proven negotiation skills with a solution-driven and flexible business mindset.
