A dominant force in international logistical management, overseeing a vast portfolio of commercial assets across the globe’s primary trade routes. They are looking for a high calibre Business Analyst to join their dynamic team.

• Gather and document business requirements from global stakeholders to translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Be involved in the full project lifecycle for platform enhancements, including workflow design and process mapping to guide UI/UX and database teams
• Coordinate and execute UAT, including test plan preparation, test case execution, and defect tracking.
• Provide dedicated user support and training for front-to-back office stakeholders.
• Bridge the communication gap between business users and the technical development team to ensure seamless project delivery.

• 3+ years in Business Analysis, specifically enhancing scalable IT models.
• Proven track record in Hybrid/Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong ability to query and interpret data (SQL, Advanced Excel, or UX Analytics).
• Strong ability in stakeholder management, especially with senior-to-top management.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Figma is a bonus.
• Exceptional English communication; currently based in Hong Kong with a valid work permit.
