about the job.In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution for the eServices platform. This is a 1-year contract position, open to candidates at the Senior Associate to Assistant Manager grade.
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Agile Delivery: Participate in all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
... - Backlog Management: Assist in the prioritization of user stories and manage the product backlog effectively.
- Testing & Analysis: Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure requirements are met and perform impact analysis on proposed enhancements.
- Project Support: Work closely with the development team to ensure functional specifications are understood and projects are delivered on time.
skills & experiences required.- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst Proven experience within insurance or financial services is required but open to all industries.
- Prior experience or exposure to AI projects (from any industry) is highly valued.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum methodologies and Agile software development practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently in a detail-oriented manner.
- Specific experience with eServices systems or insurance-related processes is a significant plus
