Oversee daily settlement activities for Hong Kong Stocks, China Connect, Overseas Stocks, Mutual Funds, and Bonds.
Manage daily trade matching, reconciliation, and fund withdrawals/deposits.
Execute CCASS/DCASS operations and navigate Client Connect/FINI processes, including HKEX IPOs and placements.
Liaise with global and sub-custodians and internal teams to resolve settlement discrepancies and corporate action issues.
Provide support for Front Office (F.O.) enquiries to ensure seamless trade lifecycles.
Ensure all procedures remain in strict compliance with local market conventions and SFC/regulatory changes.
Lead strategic projects involving system setup, enhancement, and optimization, including defining user requirements and managing testing resources.
Collaborate with system vendors and internal stakeholders to monitor and report on project progress.

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in securities settlement, preferably with significant exposure to international markets.
Technical proficiency in CCASS, DCASS, FINI, Client Connect, Middle X, Clearstream, and CMU.
Expert knowledge of cross-border settlement processes and global best practices.
Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Excel.
Fluency in English and Cantonese is required; Mandarin is highly preferred.
Self-motivated and independent, with the ability to lead projects and communicate effectively across all levels.
Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Associate level.
