... - Execute and manage trading portfolios across global equity derivatives (EQD), focusing on volatility trading and structured products.
- Price, risk-manage, and trade Fixed Coupon Notes (FCNs) and other exotic or flow derivative instruments.
- Formulate and implement effective volatility trading strategies to maximize desk profitability while managing downside risks.
- Monitor global market developments, macro trends, and volatility surfaces to identify tactical trading opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with structuring, quantitative research, sales, and risk management teams to drive product innovation.
- Ensure all trading activities strictly comply with internal risk limits, regulatory mandates, and market conduct standards.
skills & experience required.
- Degree holder or above in Financial Engineering, Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in equity derivatives trading within an investment bank or securities firm, suitable for Associate to Vice President level.
- Proven background in global EQD markets, with specific expertise in volatility trading and FCN (Fixed Coupon Notes) structures.
- Deep knowledge of option pricing models, Greeks, volatility arbitrage, and risk-management frameworks.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and coding skills (e.g., Python, C++, or VBA) for pricing and risk analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
