- Facilitate the execution of equity transactions, including Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), follow-on placements, block trades, and pre-IPO capital raises.
- Conduct in-depth market research, valuation modeling, peer group analysis, and shareholding structure mapping.
- Draft strategic pitching documents, client presentations, transaction memos, and internal compliance materials.
- Liaise with sales syndicates, institutional buyers, corporate clients, and external advisors throughout transaction lifecycles.
- Monitor market trends and capital movement to generate actionable origination ideas for senior dealmakers.
- Perform additional deal support duties and transaction management tasks as required.
skills & experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in equity capital markets execution or investment banking.
- Solid familiarity with Hong Kong capital market mechanics, regulatory standards (including SFC guidelines), and deal execution processes.
- Strong financial analysis capabilities, quantitative modeling skills, and commercial awareness.
- Full professional fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with regional stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative team attitude.
