- Identify and headhunt top-tier IT professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche tech communities.
- Build and maintain partnerships with CTOs and HR Leaders to understand their hiring needs for digital transformation.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, project experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the process from initial pitch to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and successful placement.
- Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and talent mapping reports to clients.
skills & experiences required.
... - Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (an interest in Technology, Computer Science, or Business is a plus).
- 0–2 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or client-facing corporate role.
- Strong interest in IT trends (e.g., AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity) and a desire to learn technical concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with highly technical candidates.
- Resilience and a target-driven mindset; comfortable working in a KPI-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential to communicate with local tech talent.
