My client is looking for a dynamic and strategic Associate IT Director to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a strong background in AI and digital transformation. You'll lead a team of about 40+ professionals, driving the adoption of cutting-edge technology to revolutionize technical solutions for end-users and transform business operations.

- Provide strong leadership and direction for a 40+ person team, overseeing their performance and providing mentorship.
- Spearhead initiatives that leverage AI, machine learning, and digital technologies to create a more engaging and effective experience for the community.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to develop and execute a technology roadmap that aligns with our strategic goals.
- Research, promote, and manage the adoption of new technologies and best practices across the community.
- Review and manage manpower, budget, and timelines based on project priorities.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and suggest practical solutions for future business needs.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science/Business Administration or related discipline
- 20+ years of experience in the IT field and at least 8 years of experience in a IT management role, leading large teams and successful technology projects in complex business environment.
- A deep understanding and a proven track record of implementing AI-based solutions, including the approaches to using LLM, NLP, CLU or RAG in enterprises or public sectors.
- Fluency in written and spoken both Chinese and English is a must.
- Proficient in digital transformation, change management and project management.
- Strong business mindset, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong ability to communicate and influence senior stakeholders at all levels, effectively translating technical ideas into simple language.
- Experience in planning and developing the annual budget, timeline, and manpower.
- PMP certifications is a plus.
