Product Development Team is a newly established, highly visible team responsible for the commercialization and strategic expansion of service offerings. The team is dedicated to balancing compliance requirements with commercial opportunities, requiring all members to be all-round thinkers who can navigate strategic vision, technical implementation, and regulatory frameworks. You will report to the Director of Product Development and work closely with senior stakeholders across Operations, IT, Risk, and Compliance.

This is an end-to-end product leadership role where you will own the Global Custody product strategy from initial concept through to market launch and commercial success. Key responsibilities include:
Product Strategy & Go-to-Market: Lead the execution of the Global Custody product strategy, including market positioning and service differentiation.
Design & Implementation (0-to-1): Design and document the complete operating model for custody services, defining process flows, functional responsibilities, and necessary system enhancements.
Commercial Model Ownership: Assist in the development of the commercial framework, including defining the pricing structure, service tiers, and revenue sustainability.
Project Leadership: Lead product development initiatives from detailed requirement gathering (user stories) and functional design through UAT, documentation, and final rollout planning.
Stakeholder Management: Engage clients, vendors, sub-custodians, and internal functions (Operations, IT, Risk) to ensure scalable, compliant service delivery.

University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience (10+ years preferred for the AD level) in Global Custody, Securities Services, or Product Management.
Proven track record in designing custody services, including workflow definition, platform enhancement, and operating model development (a strong fit for our 0-to-1 build mandate).
Deep functional understanding of core custody processes: settlement cycles, safekeeping, corporate actions, income processing, and reconciliations, from both operational and system perspectives.
Direct experience working with custody technology platforms and industry messaging standards such as SWIFT and ISO 20022.
Strong project management skills, specifically leading product initiatives from design through final implementation and rollout.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; must be comfortable navigating cross-functional, compliance-heavy, and client-facing environments.
