My client is a leading international bank and they are looking for a Contract Associate to join under the transaction business team.

• Drive the expansion of our transaction business in the Hong Kong and East Asia markets. This includes actively pitching our transaction banking offerings to clients, and at times, independently managing specific client accounts or business opportunities
• Encourage and facilitate the adoption of our fund transfer services, particularly our SMAR&TS platform, to boost transaction volumes. Provide comprehensive support to clients, including technical assistance related to system usage
• Contribute to the successful launch of new services, as well as the implementation of various changes and improvements to existing offerings
• Deliver outstanding support for all transaction banking products, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing their needs effectively
• Directly contribute to meeting key business objectives for transaction banking. This includes increasing our client base, boosting transaction numbers and volumes, encouraging shifts in transactions and liquidity from competitors, and capturing more foreign exchange business
• Implement marketing initiatives to promote our transaction business. Inculuding supporting existing marketing plans led by other team members or taking the lead on assigned projects for specific clients
• Maintain a strong working relationships with other departments, especially front office teams and operations, to ensure effective delivery and support of our transaction banking services.
• Assist clients with the setup of various transaction banking systems, including SMAR&TS, IMAGINE, and our Cheque printing service, along with other related services.
• Independently handle compliance-related tasks in accordance with HKMA regulations and internal company policies, requiring minimal supervision
• Responsible for generating CMS transaction reports and maintaining the accuracy of our customer database.
