- Develop and update all training content, including e-learning and manuals, specifically tailored to insurance industry policies, products, and compliance standards
- Facilitate engaging and practical training sessions for new hires and existing staffs
- Assess trainee performance through evaluations and provide constructive, targeted coaching to improve customer service skills and overall job effectiveness
- Collaborate with management to identify critical skill gaps and align training initiatives with business needs, ensuring programs are current with industry best practices
- Maintain accurate records of training participation and progress, and generate reports to measure and demonstrate the program's effectiveness and impact
