- Manage a portfolio of assigned key accounts and identify expansion opportunities across on-trade and institutional channels, specifically HORECA, major restaurant and hotel groups,workplaces,campus and fitness centres.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, consultative relationships with key business partners and distributors to ensure deep market coverage.
- Implement effective channel promotion plans and manage trade spending within the allocated budget to ensure long-term account profitability.
- Collaborate with distribution partners to translate company strategies into field execution and drive business growth.
skills & experiences required.
... - Degree holder with more than 2 year of sales experience within FMCG.
- Proven familiarity with on-trade/on-premise and institutional channels, specifically HORECA, major restaurant and hotel groups,workplaces,campus and fitness centres.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities to manage senior stakeholders and complex partnerships.
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
- Candidates with less experiences may be considered as Sales Executive position.
