- Manage a portfolio of assigned key accounts and identify expansion opportunities across on-trade and institutional channels, specifically HORECA, major F&B and hotel groups, shopping malls, schools, and hospitals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, consultative relationships with key business partners and distributors to ensure deep market coverage.
- Implement effective channel promotion plans and manage trade spending within the allocated budget to ensure long-term account profitability.
- Coach the sales team to exceed performance targets and collaborate cross-functionally to execute successful marketing campaigns and operational goals.
skills & experiences required.
- Degree holder with 5+ years of sales experience within FMCG.
- Proven familiarity with on-trade and institutional channels, specifically HORECA, major F&B and hotel groups, shopping malls, schools, and hospitals.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities to manage senior stakeholders and complex partnerships.
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
Note: Candidates with less experience will be considered for an Assistant Manager title.
