- Lead and manage distributors to ensure long-term growth and high levels of service satisfaction.
Formulate and execute sales action plans, including pricing, budgeting, and trade promotions, to hit annual growth targets.
Analyze market trends and sales data to identify new business opportunities and optimize channel profitability.
Drive accurate sales forecasting and manage trade spend to ensure maximum return on investment.
Provide up-to-date market insights to senior management for long-term strategic planning.
skills & experiences required.
- Higher Diploma or above with 3+ years of sales experience in FMCG industry.
- Proven track record in key account and distributor management, experience in Macau market is a plus.
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Self-driven and detail-oriented
- Note: Candidates with less experience will be considered for a Senior Executive title.
