My client is a leading corporate bank and they are looking for an Assistant Remittance Manager to provides operation support on Cash Management products and services.
about the job.
- Provide daily operation support in related to Remittance & Cash Management products and services such as remittance processing, auto-pay, payments, investigation etc.
- Comply with internal policy and procedures, guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Closely work with internal and external stakeholders to support operational activities including enquiries of the team
- Assist payment system and service implementation activities
- Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by Team head & Section Head
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor Degree in Banking, Business Administration or related discipline
- With around 5 years experience in remittance processing or payment processing in banking industry
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- With project management experience is highly preferred
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
- For less experience candidate could be considered for Analyst role
