A leading financial services group is seeking a passionate and creative professional to join their People Experience & Transformation team. This role is perfect for someone who loves designing engaging employee experiences, driving internal events and communications, and supporting organizational change through innovative, people-first initiatives.
You’ll work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to bring culture, values, and transformation programs to life.

- Plan and execute internal engagement events, including employee townhalls, volunteer days, wellness initiatives, and branding campaigns
- Design and deliver internal communications such as newsletters, eDMs, and digital content to support leadership messaging and employee experience
- Collaborate with business, tech, and operations teams to promote a digital and human-centered culture
- Support leadership development and internal talent programs
- Apply methodologies like Agile, Design Thinking, or Human-Centered Design to improve team experience and change adoption
- Coordinate across departments to ensure seamless event delivery and communication alignment
skills & experiences required.
- 6–8 years of experience in event management, internal communications, people experience, or change management
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Creative mindset with knowledge of employee branding, culture, and transformation
- Experience in financial services or large corporates preferred
- Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin a plus
- Bonus if you have experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, or video editing tools
