You will work alongside experienced engineers to establish robust standards and maintain a high-performance network environment.

Lead network design and establish standards for office and store network infrastructure, delivery, and maintenance.
Conduct in-depth analysis of monitoring data to continuously optimise network performance and stability.
Formulate bespoke network solutions that align with business requirements and improve delivery efficiency.
Drive the application of AI technology within network management to enhance automation and intelligence.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date network diagrams and technical documentation.
Configure and manage network monitoring and alarm systems, specifically utilizing the TIG (Telegraf, InfluxDB, Grafana) stack.

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
3+ years of platform development experience with a focus on network environments.
Proven ability to maintain wired and wireless networks using brands such as Aruba, Huawei, and Cisco.
Proficiency in Python and development frameworks such as Django.
Hands-on experience in developing network automation solutions.
Strong knowledge of the TIG stack for monitoring and alerting.
CCIE or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
Proactive mindset with a focus on innovation and the intellectualisation of network operations.
Fluent in English and Cantonese is a must.
