A well-established and stable organisation is seeking a committed and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Reward & Benefits to support and manage daily compensation and benefits activities. This role offers the opportunity to lead a small team while staying hands-on in payroll reporting, benefits administration, and HR system data management.
You’ll work closely with HR, payroll, and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of HR processes.

- Manage daily reward & benefits administration, including leave, medical, and flexible benefits
- Oversee payroll-related reporting and data validation
- Supervise one direct report and provide guidance on daily operations
- Coordinate with site-based HR teams for operational support
- Maintain accurate employee data using HRMS platforms (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Workday)
- Support process improvements and ensure compliance with policies and controls
skills & experiences required.
- Around 8 years of HR experience, with a focus on C&B or HR operations
- Hands-on, proactive, and able to manage timelines independently
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar HRMS platforms
- Stable, professional, and discreet in handling sensitive HR data
- Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English
