You will lead a dedicated Wi-Fi and network operations team comprised of skilled technical specialists. The team culture is collaborative and professional, focusing on high-availability service delivery and proactive incident handling. You will report to the Director, working closely with internal IT units and external contractors to maintain a resilient enterprise network ecosystem.

Lead the Wi-Fi team in the design, implementation, and support of large-scale infrastructure projects.
Manage day-to-day operations, maintenance, and incident handling to ensure reliable, high-quality service.
Play a pivotal role in IT projects related to network infrastructure, including wired networks and cyber security.
Stay informed of network technology advancements and recommend updates to meet the organisation’s long-term needs.
Collaborate with internal business units and external contractors on network installation and maintenance.
Maintain standardised documentation, including operational manuals, procedural documents, and network diagrams.
Communicate effectively with senior management and various business stakeholders.

skills & experiences required.

A recognised degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of relevant post-qualification work experience in network infrastructure such as operating different brands of enterprise Wi-Fi systems (1000+ APs), with a strong preference for Aruba products.
Extensive experience in designing, migrating, and implementing Wi-Fi systems in large-scale environments.
Proven expertise in managing BGP and OSPF networks.
Solid experience in network systems and administration, including firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers.
A forward-thinking mindset to optimise network systems for long-term success.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is required.
