You will join a structured and professional Compensation & Benefits team . The environment is collaborative, focusing on accuracy in delivery and staying ahead of market trends through external vendor liaison and market surveys.

- Support monthly payroll processing and consolidate payroll and MPF reports to ensure absolute accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist the Manager with general monthly payroll tasks;
- Manage the employee separation process, including the calculation of final payments and mandatory tax filings.
- Assist in HRIS system enhancement projects, specifically leveraging Workday functionality.
- Manage employee benefit programmes and liaise with service providers to ensure compliance with the HK Employment Ordinance and Head Office policies.
- Collect market information and conduct C&B related surveys to ensure market competitiveness for the Head of HR & Admin.
- Support eLearning training setup via the HO platform and maintain updated attendance records.
- Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as assigned by senior management.
skills & experience required.
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or a business-related discipline.
- At least 6 years of solid compensation and benefits administration experience, with a strong preference for candidates from banking or financial industries.
- Sound knowledge of the Employment Ordinance and statutory compliance requirements in Hong Kong.
- Advanced PC skills, specifically being a veteran of MS Office Excel is a must.
- Hands-on experience with Workday is considered a definite advantage.
- Detail-minded with strong numerical sense and communication skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
