This Assistant Manager role is heavily weighted toward Fund Operations and Control (70%), ensuring the integrity of the firm’s investment vehicles and client partnerships. The remaining 30% of the role involves high-level office administration and technical oversight. Primary responsibilities include:
- Fund & Portfolio Operations: Overseeing fund lifecycle activities in close collaboration with relevant internal departments and ensuring the efficient execution of all investment-related processes.
- Operational Control: Assisting in the rigorous control and review of company-wide operational activities to maintain adherence to regulatory standard.
- Agreement Management: Handling complex referral agreements and maintaining all client-facing documentation and forms.
- Partnership Monitoring: Maintaining and fostering enduring client relationships through professional and timely interactions.
- Subsidiary & Vendor Oversight: Monitoring vendor service quality and overseeing the operational requirements for regional subsidiaries in Chengdu and Vietnam.
- Technical & Admin Support: Serving as the point of contact for IT and technical support while managing essential office procurement and insurance policies.

- Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Professional Experience: 2–5 years of experience, with a strong preference for candidates coming from an EAM, Family Office, or Fund House background.
- Core Competencies: Proven capability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant financial software.
- Communication: Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
