... We are partnering with a prominent multinational corporation, a recognized leader in the global support chain. They are seeking a versatile HR professional with a strong blend of systems and C&B experience to join their corporate team.

- Partner with the HR BP team to spearhead annual C&B exercises, including staff expenses budgeting, salary adjustments, bonus allocation, and other incentive schemes.
- Ensure the seamless execution of global HR programs and administer other global benefits incentive programs.
- Act as a key "super-user" for the in-house HR system, ensuring its smooth day-to-day operation and supporting C&B processes.
- Assist the HRIS team in identifying, testing, and rolling out system enhancements to improve efficiency for global HR teams.
- Facilitate the global HR team in understanding and applying global compensation policies, ensuring compliance in local practices.
- Analyze market research reports to gauge the competitiveness of the company’s pay levels.
- Formulate and craft expatriate packages to support global talent.
- Navigate tax complexities in international job assignments and manage senior executive packages.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in regional HR coordination, preferably with a strong focus on both compensation & benefits and HRIS.
- Experience supporting HR systems (HRIS) and participating in enhancement projects is essential.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Trilingual proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is a must.
