Acting as a key thought leader on audio visual solution's roadmaps, budgeting, and spatial planning for corporate boardrooms, shared workspaces and events.
Drafting high-level technical designs and CAPEX proposals for AV/IT integration across all corporate hubs and communal facility zones.
Conducting technical evaluations of hardware and software solutions from prospective vendors to ensure enterprise compatibility.
Managing the full project lifecycle for AV upgrades, including technical spec drafting, tender management, contractor supervision, and final UAT.
Overseeing inventory lifecycles, equipment distribution, and establishing SOPs to streamline equipment deployment and maintenance.
Utilizing user feedback and operational data to formulate service improvement plans; generating regular reporting on system health and project milestones.

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 7 years in audio visual project management and operations within a large-scale environment.
A proven track record in the planning, deployment, and end-to-end management of complex AV-integrated IT ecosystems.
Deep familiarity with signalling standards, control interfaces, and management integration protocols.
Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication skills for stakeholder coordination.
Previous experience in team leading or coaching is a plus.
Proficiency in both spoken and written Cantonese and English; candidates must currently be based in Hong Kong.
