- Participate in the design and implementation of high-performance networks for high-traffic environments, ensuring optimal coverage, capacity, and reliability for end-users.
- Lead a team to monitor and maintain IT infrastructure components—including servers, networks, Wi-Fi, storage, and security systems—to support ongoing business operations.
- Resolve complex technical issues, including interference, latency, and connectivity challenges.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to procure, install, and maintain network-related solutions.
- Conduct regular assessments of network and system performance, providing recommendations for upgrades or enhancements.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years in IT infrastructure with strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, servers, firewalls, VPNs, virtualization, and backup solutions etc..
- A proven track record of designing, implementing, and managing Wi-Fi networks. Experience with enterprise-grade solutions (e.g., Cisco, Aruba, Ruckus) is highly advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and strong communication skills for stakeholder coordination.
- Previous experience in team leading or coaching is a plus.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and business stakeholders
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Cantonese and English; candidates must currently be based in Hong Kong.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA or ITIL are preferred.
