Your Mission: To Deliver Exceptional Benefits Solutions
As an Assistant Account Manager for Employee Benefits, you will be a key player in managing a diverse portfolio of corporate clients. Your responsibilities will span the full client life cycle, from solution design to ongoing administration and support:
Strategic Broking: Provide professional broking service to corporate clients, advising them on employee benefits solutions and managing a portfolio that includes conversion plans, high-end individual plans, and key-man insurance plans.
Negotiation & Implementation: Assist with the negotiation, implementation, placement, and administration of clients’ insurance programs to ensure the best possible terms and coverage.
Drive Business Growth: Actively assist in relationship building, marketing initiatives, revenue growth, and the exploration of new business opportunities.
Client & Insurer Liaison: Serve as a crucial link by liaising with insurers on client enquiries and claims management, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties.
Comprehensive Support: Handle other duties as assigned to ensure the seamless operation and administration of your accounts.

We are seeking an ambitious, analytical, and client-focused professional who possesses the following attributes and experience:
Proven EB Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in the insurance industry with a solid knowledge of Employee Benefits products.
Product Acumen: Exposure to high-end individual life and medical products is a distinct advantage.
Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with excellent proposal writing and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: A self-starter with a pleasant personality and a good service attitude. You are an advocate team player who works well with others.
Education & Technology: A university degree in any discipline is required, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Career Flexibility: Candidates with less experience would be considered for the position of Senior Account Executive/Account Executive.
