Our client is a sizeable listed company currently looking for an experienced Financial Controller to lead the team and supervise on daily operations.

about the job.

Develop and implement long-term financial strategies, goals, and objectives for the Group's portfolio of companies;
Maintain a strong financial and accounting system to provide the management with timely and accurate financial information, treasury matter, tax planning and cost analysis;
Lead, motivate and supervise team member to prepare financial report, budgets and cash flow forecast;
Ensure the adequacy and effectiveness of financial and operational flows and driving the implementation of effective procedures, controls and systems;
Provide strategic input to Chief Financial Officer for driving the business growth;
Monitor & rectify financial performance and risks;
Handle of treasury management to ensure liquidity work;
Involve in ad hoc assignments and projects.

skills & experiences required.

Degree Holder in Finance / Accounting and professional accountancy qualification;
At least 12 years of experience, with at least 6 years in international accounting firm at Manager level or above and at least 5 years in listed company;
Familiar with HK Listing Rules;
Excellent analytical, presentation, report writing and PC skills;
Knowledge and use of SAP systems will be in advantage;
Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Mandarin is an advantage.
