about the job.
As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Leading and managing a production team to ensure daily production schedules and targets are met.
Assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of production and quality systems.
Collecting and analyzing production data to monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize processes.
Providing training, guidance, and technical support to production staff.
Ensuring adherence to hygiene standards and 5S principles in the production area.
Identifying and reporting potential operational risks to management.

skills & experiences required.

Diploma or above in Food Science, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2-3 years of relevant work experience in the food manufacturing industry.
Familiarity with ISO22000, HACCP, LEAN, and Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous.
Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong self-motivation, flexibility, and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and people management skills.
