Responsibilities

Manage enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Provide corresponding information/ advice/ solutions regarding enquiries on products, policies and/or claims
Participate in training consistently to gather insights and updated knowledge on General Insurance products
Maintain service standard to deliver customer excellence
Communicate with different departments to follow up on client’s cases
Support any other projects or administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

Experience in hotline with related industry like insurance or finance will be of great advantage
Candidates with less experience or fresh graduates are welcome
Good communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
Customer-oriented mentality
Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua is a plus.
IIQE licenses holders are preferable. We will also support qualified candidates to obtain these licenses after onboarding
