We are currently partnering with a leading provider of industrial filtration products with a focus on marine channels (not limited), in finding a Regional Sales Manager to lead the Hong Kong and APAC business.

The Regional Sales Manager will need to be self-motivated quick-learner and results-oriented. The individual will be responsible for the P&L and be able to develop sales and account management strategies to further grow the revenue and presence of the brand in APAC and Hong Kong whilst working closely with regional and global teams in developing tailored solutions to fit the Client's requirements/needs.

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue target
• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within target industries that can utilize the different range of products
• Manage and grow existing accounts by understanding customer needs and promoting additional products and solutions
• Serve as the point of contact for customers, providing expert advice on the products, application and system
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
• Collaborate and communicate with internal stakeholders on projects and requirements to fulfil client's need
• Represent the brand in attending external event such as inudstry events, networking, trade shows and conference
• P&L owner and management; provide accurate sales forecast

• Degree holder in business or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of technical sales experiences within the industrial sector or related
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Results driven, self-motivated and think-out-of-the-box
• Excellent language skills in English and Chinese
