The APAC Sales Director will be responsible in leading, motivating and driving the team into a new chapter of the organization, developing and growing different clients across the APAC market. The individual will also be collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the product innovation roadmap in order to achieve the needs and wants of the Clients.

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies across different channels to drive revenue growth across Asia/APAC.
Inspire, mentor, and lead a sales team, cultivating a culture of accountability and excellence to drive business growth and to achieve objectives
Conduct in-depth analysis to identify emerging trends, new business opportunities, and competitive strategies across the region
Establish and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to align sustainable packaging solutions with their needs.
Set ambitious sales targets and KPIs, using data-driven strategies to monitor and enhance performance.
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and seminars to drive brand awareness

skills & experiences required.

Degree holder
Minimum of 8 years sales and/or business development experience, ideally in packaging within the food & beverage industry
Leadership capabilities is preferred
Successful sales track record and executing strategies delivering to results.
Strong leadership capabilities to motivate, inspire and foster a positive team culture to achieve the needed results
Strong communication, analytical and strong negotiation
Passion in ESG and sustainability
