- Architect, build, and deploy secure, scalable AI infrastructure, including autonomous agent frameworks, skill expansion pipelines, and standardised context-sharing protocols.
- Design resilient backend workflows linking conversational workspace suites, custom agent logic, and cross-departmental business platforms.
- Implement advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and unstructured document parsing engines to analyse complex financial assets, reports, and data feeds.
- Champion AI-assisted coding practices, evaluate cutting-edge local and cloud-hosted LLMs, and design custom tool-calling features to multiply team efficiency.
- Lead technical design, continuous deployment, debugging, code quality standards, and system architecture documentation.
skills & experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in backend or full-stack software development.
- FinTech or Asset Management exposure is advantageous, but not required.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C++, with practical experience in API and Webhook integrations; Node.js/TypeScript is desirable.
- Proven experience building agent loops, crafting complex prompt strategies, or using flow-based automation tools and LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain or visual workflow orchestrators).
- High personal accountability, sharp troubleshooting capability, and ability to collaborate across business units.
- Professional working proficiency in written and spoken English is required; conversational fluency in Mandarin is highly valuable.
