skills & experiences required.• Proven experience in sales/business development within international health insurance, expert/private medical insurance, or related financial services sectors
• An established, high-quality network among intermediaries, brokers, advisors, or third-party distribution channels — with demonstrated success in activating and growing these relationships
• Strong commercial judgement and proven confidence negotiating and closing high-value, complex deals
• International experience — comfortable working across diverse cultures and successfully navigating different regulatory environments
• A true consultative mindset — you listen first, identify real needs, and propose thoughtful, value-driven solutions
