About the Company
Our client is a leading investment firm specializing in private equity, focused on strategic partnerships and sustainable growth. To cope with their business needs, they are now looking for an Administrative Assistant to join them.
About the Role
You will oversee daily office operations, including managing pantry supplies, welcoming visitors, and handling couriers. Responsibilities also include coordinating with other office staff for business travel, assisting with administrative activities and internal events, providing backup support when needed, and offering ad hoc assistance to the Hong Kong team.
About the Requirement
- Higher Diploma holder or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experiences in office administration, candidates with prior experience working in financial services corporation is highly desirable
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Immediately available is highly preferred
