- Administrative support to regions in APAC
- Process and manage payment of store utilities fees, ensuring timely settlement.
- Handle payments to facilities vendors, maintaining accurate records and supporting documentation.
- Track ongoing facilities projects, updating status and ensuring key milestones are met.
- Assist in procurement processes for utilities vendors, including raising purchase orders and managing contracts.
- Conduct regular vendor performance reviews to ensure service quality and compliance.
- Create and manage project codes for facilities-related works, supporting accurate budgeting and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external sustainability partners to fulfill sustainability requirements and initiatives.
- Support general administrative duties as required to ensure smooth facilities operations.
- Diploma or above in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years’ experience in administration or facilities support role is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good communication skills; able to work with internal and external stakeholders.
