Our client is a global semiconductor company. They are currently looking for a professional and highly organized Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to join the team and serve as the official communication and service window for the office.

As the Administrative Assistant / Receptionist, you will mainly connect internal employees and receive external visitors. You will be the face of the brand, ensuring the reception desk delivers comprehensive, professional, and efficient services while coordinating administrative support across departments.

The Administrative Assistant / Receptionist will:
- Communicate politely and actively via phone and Teams.
- Receive visitors according to standard procedures, including registration, identity verification, guidance, and assisting with meeting room setup, vehicle booking, and VIP reception.
- Oversee the daily cleaning quality of the reception area and office, maintain hygiene, and manage the digital display screen (updating notices).
- Offer daily administrative support such as managing office medicine inventory, recording stationery borrowing, assisting employees with Travel & Expense (T&E) reimbursement (twice weekly), and managing lost and found.
- Guide interviewees, assist HR in exporting attendance records, activate/deactivate employee access rights, and create desk nameplates.
- Copy and bind meeting documents, handle confidential source documents, and manage the Ariba buying system (submit Purchase Requests / Purchase Orders and track advancement).
- Coordinate with building management for office issues (e.g., facility maintenance), and verify monthly expess fees and other bills for the finance department.
skills & experiences required.
- College degree or above.
- Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Preference will be given to candidates with previous reception or administrative assistant experience.
