You will be supporting a dynamic team of 2 to 3 Marketing Executives. The team is collaborative, energetic, and frequently hosts face-to-face events. They value a support professional who is not only a logistical expert but also an approachable and positive presence within the office.

about the job.

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to 2–3 Marketing Executives.
• Coordinate complex logistics for face-to-face marketing events and seminars.
• Manage event materials, including production, distribution, and inventory.
• Liaise with external vendors and drivers to ensure seamless transport and delivery for events.
• Handle high-volume, "hands-on" administrative tasks with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders during event execution.

skills & experience required.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an EA or Secretarial role, ideally within financial services or professional services.
• Proven track record in event coordination and logistical support.
• Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage "tedious" tasks without compromising quality.
• Approachable personality with strong interpersonal skills to deal with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential for vendor and driver coordination.
• Immediate availability or a short notice period is highly preferred.
