about the job.
... - Provide high-level secretarial support to 2–3 senior executives in the Client Solutions team.
- Manage complex, ever-changing calendars and coordinate global meetings across multiple time zones.
- Arrange intricate international travel itineraries and visa applications.
- Handle high-pressure communication with internal and external high-level stakeholders.
- Exercise strong judgement and "gatekeeping" skills to manage the executives' time effectively.
- Anticipate needs and solve problems proactively in a rapidly shifting environment.
skills & experience required.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite or high-level executives.
- Deep experience within Financial Services or a similar global corporate environment is mandatory.
- Exceptional resilience and the ability to say "no" or set boundaries when managing executive schedules.
- Proven experience in Global Meeting Coordination and complex international travel.
- Native or near-native fluency in English; strong Cantonese and Mandarin skills are highly advantageous.
- A practical, "no-nonsense" approach to problem-solving and communication.
