Accounting Officer (Experienced talent program)

Our client is a HK Listed property developer recognized for its extensive portfolio and commitment to excellence. They are currently seeking high-caliber talent to join their trainee program, which is designed to groom the next generation of finance leaders through comprehensive internal rotation.

• Participate in a strategic rotation across various core finance departments to acquire practical experience in management accounting, monthly closings, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with multiple business units across the company’s property assets to facilitate accurate cash flow analysis, forecasting, and annual budgeting.
• Contribute to the optimization of financial operations by participating in internal control assessments and assisting with the completion of year-end statutory audits.

Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant academic field.
• Possess between 2 to 5 years of professional finance experience, candidate must be recent graduate with less than 5 years of experience
• Good communication skills
• Good commands in English and Chinese (including both Mandarin and Cantonese)
