- Oversee the daily operations of the full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workflow.
- Support Accounts Receivables processes within the organisation
- Review, verify, and code vendor invoices, disbursements, and employee expense reports accurately using NetSuite.
- Execute payment runs via electronic banking platforms and perform timely bank reconciliations.
- Conduct regular supplier statement reconciliations and liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve queries.
- Assist in month-end closing schedules, including AP accruals, prepayments, and journal vouchers.
- Prepare audit schedules and assist with interim and annual statutory audit queries.
- Participate in system enhancement initiatives, workflow automation, and internal control reviews.
skills & experience required.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle Accounts Payable or general accounting.
- Direct hands-on experience in netsuite, SAP, Oracle is an added advantage
- Prior working background within the professional services industry is a distinct advantage.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and solid numerical accuracy.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Self-motivated team player with good communication skills and a meticulous mindset.
