about the company.
We are currently partnering with a multinational trading firm that has a well-established presence across ASEAN and European markets.

• Manage the full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.

• Oversee daily cash flow, coordinate bank payments, and manage cash conversion processes.

• Perform routine reconciliation of revenue, sales, and costs to ensure data accuracy.

• Prepare monthly financial and management reports for business review.

• Provide multi-tasking administrative and human resources support, including contract preparation and bank account operations.

• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and internal teams on all compliance and reporting matters.

• Support regional or overseas accounting teams on ad hoc assignments.

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.

• Extensive years of accounting and finance experience, ideally within a trading or product-based sector.

• Proficient in ERP systems and standard office software tools.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax compliance, and regional transaction flows.

• Experience in inter-company billing and trade finance processes, such as letters of credit.

• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

• Highly independent, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling diverse tasks.

• Immediate availability is a significant advantage.
